Default Forum, have a question about gas.

No, not the post brunch kind.

I'm moving into a great little studio next week, and there is already a gas cooker installed. However, it all seems to be piped out of the apartment - there is nowhere to put a gas cylinder so I can only assume the entire building is piped for gas.

My question is - how on earth do I get it? Is there a dewa-like company who will flick a switch and get my gas supply on? I heard something about Karama but I have no idea where to go or what the company is.

any help appreciated!!!xo

you need to speak to the landlord/rental Agent. most buildings have a maintenance person, whose number can be found at the reception area or from security, or alternatively go introduce yourself to the neighbours
