Hi there!!!

Please could someone help me out......I am looking to rent a 2 bedroom in the Damac The Waves building in the Marina it is also furnished.....i just basically want to know if 125,000 dirhams for a year is a good rent??

no you should get that for about 90K, they will put in 10k of furniture and then try to fob it off as a better apartment and charge 35k extra.. Shop around mate
