Help cant decide

Hi all, I have read the must read before posting on questions regarding Dubai, as well as some of the Financial Advisor related posts and replies. So at risk of requesting repetatition of responses, for which I appologise for in advance, I'd like some advise specific to my circumstances.
I am a 26 year old Muslim Male, Married with a baby of 1 yr, I have a 4 yr Bsc degree in Actuarial Science, a Bcom (honours) in Financial Planning, as well as A post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning (CFP). I have been a Financial Advisor for about 5 years now and have owned an independant Brokerage for about 2 yrs, as well as a Franchise of Old Mutual for about 1 year now. Ive been recruiting and Management Financial Advisors.
I am considering emigrating to Dubai, but am very concerned aroung some specifics like for example.
The kind of income I can expect to earn, affordability, I am currently accustomed to living off the equivelant of around 20000 SA Riyals.
