Rental

Hi, I am looking at various options for an apartment with a budget of approximately AED80,000.

It appears with this budget, my choices are
- a studio at discovery garden
- 1 BR at international city..

The question is what other options are there thats available?

Ideally it should be near to or at Bur Dubai side of the creek.
