Default Management without degree

Hi

My husband has been offered a job in Dubai and is relocating in mid Nov. I am hoping to join him. I have extensive experience in business transformation management (programme mgt) but did not finish my degree at uni all those years ago. I have contacted the university and will be able to graduate mid 2009.

Can you let me know if it is possible to get senior positions without a degree based on experience or should I forget it and wait until my degree is through?

Will this cause me any visa issues?

Thanks

N

You do not need a degree, but will be expected to have some sort of professional qualification as attested certificates will be required.

I don't have a degree and didn't have my CSE certificates but still got a "senior management" position with a multinational...

Different rules for different companies and different nationalities.

And everything will change tomorrow too.

Welcome to Dubai, enjoy your stay!!
