It is my husband's birthday this weekend and I would like to arrange a balloon flight for when we move to Dubai next month. Can anyone recommend a company that would do this for us? Is it cheaper to arrange when we move or pay now?

Just bought a copy of Time Out and saw an ad for balloon rides. It's with a company called Balloon Rides Dubai. It costs 950 AED per person.
