Renting property - taxes, extras?

Hi, as some of you know my family and I may be moving to Cyprus soon.
Looking at rental property, reasonable 3-bed apartments in Nicosia go for about 750 EUROs a month.
Does that normally include gas, electricity, taxes (if so what are they), maintenance etc?
I don't want to be caught out and find that there's an extra 100 EURO a month for 'sundries' !

Normally you would pay gas, electric, telephone, rates etc and possibly maintenance on top of that. Normally that €750 per month just pays for renting the place. I recommend you speak to the agents or the owners to find out what is included and what you have to pay, in case they add an extra sum.

Hi Babs, thanks. Would someone know a ball-park figure that would cover these costs? Just so I can gauge cost of living.
