Hi all
very new member here and never done this before..my husband and I hope to move to Cyprus later this year..will rent first then buy..some where not to touristy..any help there.. also everyone wants to sell us new property we would rather something not brand new.. would you advise regestering with agent or wait till we get there? what are your faveroute areas and why..any we should avoid..look forward to any advice you can give

I would take time and really check out the different places before buying..
When buying i would never ever buy off plan . but go for a pre owned with all its problems sorted etc..

dont register with any agents yet , you would be advised by me to switch out of holiday mode and look at the place for its long term living.

I have heard lots of property being sold cheap at the moment there so you have time on your side .
