Default Finding long term rental property

Hello Cyprus
Hubby and I are moving to Cyprus in mid May and want to live west of Paphos, i.e Chlorakas, Kissonerga, Empa, Tala or Coral Bay. We'd like a 3bedroomed, fully furnished property with air con and communal pool. Has anyone got any contacts or can recommend a reputable renting agent. The move is to be permanent, so need a long term agreement. Is it possible to get what we want for 650€ a month or less?
We'll need a car, can anyone recommend a car dealer?
Hubby says, 'Can you buy Yorkshire T bags in Cyprus?????' Well, gotta get the priorities right.................
Any advice is sincerely welcomed
Mike and Norma Reilly

Default Reg apartment and car dealer

My recommendation is:
1) Regarding renting apartment:
Contact a property developer. They will normally renting out apartment cheaper than a professional renting agent who will charge you for approximately 20 -25 % extra. Usually a professional renting agent get the apartment for a developer. A developer I know and trust, is Cleanthis Savva who has his headoffice in Chlorakas - i.e. the area you are looking for apartment. I friend of mine in Norway is agent for that developer which is the only developer in this island who offer tree years guarantee. If you have good qyality on your products, you can offer longer guarantee.
Contact info to Klenthis Savva. I am not allowed to send/add a link here, but if you want it you can call me or send me a e-mail.

I and my wife have an luxury apartment I Pegia Hill – with a car (Toyota Corolla 2003) that probably will be rented out on long term, if my wife has to take care of her mother in our Norway in the near future. If you can pay a little more, you can have a look at this apartment.
I am not allowed to send/add a link here, but if you want it you can call me or send me a e-mail.

2 Regarding car dealer:
I can recommend andreas-georgiou as the best car dealer in Pafos.
I am not allowed to send/add a link here, but if you want it you can call me or send me a e-mail.

If you refer to my name or tell the developer or car dealer that you have got the info from my, I think you will get a better price. If you contact me when you come here, I may show you the recommended places (if I have time).

Best regards

I sent you a pm as to why it had been temporarily removed, as basically it was an advert for your webpage and company

Hi exja
Have been reading the information placed by yourself on the website with interest.
We're buying in Polemi ready for a permanent move in the future. Having a car will be important. We have the option of shipping one over or buying in Cyprus. What price can I expect to pay in Cyprus for a decent car? If it helps I like VW Golfs
Regards,
Chris
