Need recommendations for hotels & car hire in Paphos

Hi everyone, When I come over to Cyprus in March 2010 I am considering staying in a hotels / apartment for a couple of weeks so that I can look around for a long-let when I am there. Can anyone recommend any reasonably priced hotels or apartments in the paphos area for my stay and also any cheap car rental companies as I will be hiring a car for these two weeks so that I can do lots of research. Hi Veronica, sorry I forgot to put the main information like where it is I'm going to durrr haha.

I'm looking for somewhere in the Paphos area, maybe peyia or coral bay that I can use as a base for a couple of weeks until I hopefully find a nice place for a long let.

car hire i may be wrong someone there may have cheaper option but i booked mine thru holiday autos as it was cheaper than going direct on web
I can recommend a good hotel but its not the cheapest and probably not best suited to your needs Louis Phaethon beach

Lisa I would suggest that you book a hoilday apartment for the first two weeks.
In March you should find a bargain and there are plenty to choose from out there.
Works out cheaper than a hotel as a rule.

As for car hire, I would recommend you give Leo Opsimos a try. He is situated at the bottom of the Chloraka road near the shipwreck. His prices are excellent and he is a very nice guy.
