Resales are still good bargains but wont be for much longer with the pound gaining strength agaisnt the Euro.
Developers are offering special deals on finished properties that they want to move but off plan properties are not showing much sign of going down in price.
We have today had notifcation of some deals from developers and had to reduce some prices we had.

Hmm, the pound rising against the euro sounds good to me. I bought with the idea of keeping for 10 years - hoping that all comes good by 2017
