You have to ask yourself just why the auction is being advertised with properties below the valuation prices?!
In my mind this reflects the resale market in Cyprus which is on it's knees thanks to the developers and stupid Brits always wanting to buy new build.

There are a lot of Brits on here so its probably not a good idea to advertise your property in the for sale section and then call them stupid is it?
