Default is it worth taking our car?

Hello to you all.

We have a Renault Laguna estate
1.9 diesel
04 plate

Is it worth bringing it over?
I've heard stories of expensive second hand cars in Cyprus etc but I am also finding it difficult to work out the exact coats of bringing it over, either with my husband driving it over via ferry or us putting it in a container.

Advice plz.. would we be better of selling it sooner rather than later and getting a smaller engine?

Does the 6 month ownership thing cover older cars, not just new cars?

This link may help with costs at this endImportation of new and used cars into Cyprus - excise duties, registration fees and other information

Try Andrews Shipping for the shipping costs, I've recently paid around £550 in shipping costs for an L200.
