Default Monthly cost

Hi all!
Hope weather has improved, it looks so in our weatherforcast but they dont always tell the truth

Anyway, is it possible to say what the average monthly cost to be paid on top of the rent, if you rent a 3 bedroom villa longterm for 2 persons.

What I mean is ofc costs for water, electricity and such costs

During the summer we pay around 170 euro for electricity every 2 months, 25 euro for water every 4 months and around 150 euro per year for the bins. (the equivalent of rates in the UK)

In the winter you need to add something for heating and that will depend on a number of things such as the height of the property, type of heating etc.

We have been told that the cost of water is going to double this year. Conflicting reasons, one is that the government didnt pay Greece for the water that was shipped in during the drought year and now we have to pay extra so they can pay for it. The other story is that water has been subsidised by the government for decades and now Europe says that is not fair to other countries who do not subsidise their water so now we have to pay the full amount.
Whatever the truth, even at double what we pay now it is still dirt cheap compared to the UK.
