Foreign IT Professional looking for job in Canada

Hello, I am new here and hoping there could be someone that can give me some advice on my career move to search for a job as QA Specialist in Canada. I am also trying to obtain an AEO hoping to speed up my immigration process. Any advice on where could be a good start to look and how to get attention to companies or even entertain my approach? I got 4 yrs experience in IT field. Best regards!
