uk police oficer looking for advice to relocate to ontario

Hi, i am a serving police officer of 20 years in the uk, and really want to relocate to ontario, but can't seem to find any information on how to do this, i have been searching jobs, and come up with nothing, i need to get out there in a hurry, as my partner is from canada currently living in the uk, 9 she is a uk citizen )and her children are with their father in Canada, and she really needs to get back to them, she has applied to the canadian embassy in london, to re enter canada on humanitarian grounds, and i want to go with her and start a new life there, can anyone give me any advise on a quick route into the police force out r, or any way, in, thanks
