Hello everyone, I hope you can share some of your knowledge with me.

Me and my partner want to start a new life together in Calgary. We're 27/28. I've just started my first graduate job in marketing (I also have a masters in tourism but am currently working in the motor industry) and my OH is also a graduate, with no work experience (he has been part-time manager in betting shop for 7 years, if that counts?) He has a degree in Business Management, he received in July 2012.

Are there many work opportunities in Calgary for newly graduated people in these oppucations (Marketing, tourism(no experience), business management)?
If not are there in other areas of Canada?

I'm Irish living in Scotland and have been for 2 years so cannot apply for IEC.

If I decide to go down the PNP route, would I find it difficult to get a job with
(a) such little experience
(b) no canadian experience
(c) not being in the country(Canada)

My other option is to wait for the federal skilled worker list in 2013 and hope my occupation is still on the list.

If it is on the list in Jan 2013, I will only have 7 months work experience, could I apply with this, in the hope that the processing times will ensure I have 1 years experience by the time they look at my application? (do I even stand a chance with only 1 year experience?)

Also if I apply for either PNP or Federal skilled worker could my OH who is Scottish living in Scotland apply for the IEC? Or would there be questions asked with his common law partner (me) on a PNP/ Federal skilled workers visa? OR is there a way I could sponsor him, we would both need to work though?

Finally do we have any other visa options? OR are there any suggestions as to how we can improve our chances of getting to Canada

I really appreciate any advice you can all share. I've read so many forums/threads/blogs/websites, that I'm beginning to feel we may not get there
