Expat in canada.

Study, work and foreign degrees.

Hello. I am student from Israel, studying Economics and Management(Bachelor's degrees, 3 years). Interesting in relocation to Canada, but I need to be sure to find job of my expertise there. Understandably, my foreign degree not very helpful in this matter, especially without professional experience.
There is a lot of universities and colleges in Canada but what I am looking for is a 1-2 year program that will give me not only recognizable certificate/diploma in Accounting, Financing this sort of things...but also real job practise and help with finding job after education...

P.S. I'm talking about student visa, don't have resident permission, for now at least.
