Carpenters needed in Okanagan Valley?

My husband has been a carpenter/joiner for 24years but can turn his hand to anything. His everyday role at his current job is maintaining marina's, plumbing, extensions, putting windows and doors in etc. Are there any employers out there looking for carpenters?
