another q, slightly off topic, what happens if someone is a british and irish citizen but living in the UK, can they bring their spouse under the EU rules, or because they are british too are they not able to

Animo, If coming to the UK w an eea family visa permit (married partner being a greek citizen) would it be possible to share his NHS if he is a student and I work?
