First rental

Does anybody know property agents who can help us to find long term rental property before we arrive in London? my family is moving there in the next few months, and obviously we don't have any credit or reference yet. We are moving as EEA family.

London is 659 square miles. Where in London do you want to live? Estate agents are very neighborhood specific. But, having said that, it is extremely difficult to get an estate agent interested in helping you before you are actually here. Also, with no credit, you will likely be required to pay 6 months of rent in advance.

we are trying to keep it around fulham, holland park or further to maida vale & st john woods. we certainly have to add the 6 mths upfront rent to our plan, thanks for your input.
