Hi All,

I would like to get in contact with recruitment agencies in London for executive position in the Finance area.

I am sure the link to recruitment offices has been shared before here... but I would like a quick advice in this regard.

Thanks for your help.

Antoine

Hello Antoine

There are many different recruitment consultancies and executive search firms covering the finance field. In the UK, recruiters tend to vary depending on the level of role you are looking for and some specialise in particular branches of finance. Many you could find by looking on google, but being specific about the role you are looking for (include the title in your search) will get you the best results.

Are you on LinkedIn as this would be an excellent question to ask, although of course it would be public! That forum would also have the advantages of probably having the recruiters proactively contact you and you could learn from other people’s experiences what had worked for them and the firms that are good/not so good.

Here is a recent salary survey you may find helpful: Download the Robert Walters Global Salary Survey

Kind regards
Gillian

LinkedIn is an essential resource for job hunting in executive fields; networking is a very powerful tool for getting information about companies and their hiring processes. As for deciding on an agency, I recommend Workgateways, they have lots of info on getting work through agencies and have a specific page for Banking/Finance agencies.
