Take a look at the website for the UK Consulate here: British Embassy in the USA: Official UK Government website especially the visa section. The UK has a new points-based system for immigration that you'll have to deal with. I haven't taken a close look at it yet, but perhaps you can find your own niche.

In general, it's usually not a great idea to try and move countries when you're fresh out of school if you're looking to go to work. (Going over to do graduate work, though, is an interesting idea - albeit a bit expensive.) For obvious reasons, the local university graduates have first dibs on any and all entry level jobs and you will have a tough time finding an employer who can or will hire a newly graduated foreigner.

It might go better for you if you get a few years of experience in your field before heading off to the UK or anywhere else - and of course, make sure your chosen field is something transferable. (Examples - many medical professions are hard to transfer, teaching certification can be hard to transfer, especially to a country where teachers are considered "civil servants")
Cheers,
Bev
