Default Fiancé Visa and Spouse Visa The Same??

I was wondering if anyone knew if these two visas were the same. I know the fiancé visa stipulates that you must marry within six months and cannot work during that time....but if I were to apply for this visa and then get married just before I went over....wouldn't that be following the rules? SO many questions. Ha ha ha

Unfortunately, if you were to do that they would probably send you right back to the US to apply for the spousal visa because they are 2 different visas. If you marry before moving to the UK you will definitely need to apply for the spousal visa. No way around it, unfortunately.
