Hi all,

I am from Malaysia, currently under the International Graduate Scheme, received a job from a bank in UK, started working as a graduate actuary.

So now my manager wants me to look into the work permit alternatives. I can qualify for HSMP if I have an earning power of £24,000. Question is, £24k before tax or after? Is it really complicated?

And if that does not work, we will look into the WP1. Is it really complicated with a very low success rate? Please advice.

So yea, any help would be really appreciated! Thanks!!
