Brit Student Nurse really need help!!

Hi all,
Im a british student nurse in UK at the moment, i am hoping to complete my BSc and move to California and live/work there.

I am concerned that as a student doing adult nursing we dont do enough Mental health, Child and Maternity theory and practice. How do you overcome this obstacle?UK doesnt do small modules for these topics.

Have any of you had trouble with this?
What would be the next step after i qualify?

I know i have to complete the Nclex exam but prior to that they want all my details and i am sure they will bring up the part about not enough hours etc.

I am a little lost

and would truly appreciate any help and advice/guidance you can provide.
