Default Unusual spousal visa situation

Hey there, i am new to this forum. I am a UK citizen myself and have recently married a US citizen. We are looking to get her a spousal visa so she can move to london to live with me. I wonder if you would be able to clarify a few things for me in regards to applying for a spousal visa. It states that i, as the sponsor, or my wife must be able to prove that she will be able to live in the UK without the aid of public funds. The problem is i am in full time education and therefore it is down to her to provide this evidence. We have around 5000 pounds in savings. She has signed up for a number of UK recruitment agencies and all of them have been very happy to give her employment due to her 7 years of experience as a waitress, however they are unwilling to employ her until her visa if approved. Is this evidence enough to satisfy the requirements on finance? If not then what other ways are options are available to me? My 90 day holiday is up in august and i really wanna get this sorted out....... please help

One option is for your family to sponsor her. Is this possible?

You also need to prove accommodations...

Your situation isn't too unusual...one option is to consult a solicitor...
