Question Students visa???

got friends who went to London thru students visa, but purpose is really to find a job in th UK.

Are there employers there in the Uk who will employ someone who is in students visa,.?

Bec. here in UAE, people are coming through tourist or students visa., upon which it can be converted to employment if company employ them.

Can that be done their in UK?

You can work in the UK for a maximum of 20 hours/week whilst you are on a student visa. Till you have student visa, most companies do not entertain your job application also.
However what you can do is, apply for Tier 1 Post Study Work at the end of your course. This visa is valid for 1 year. Whilst you are on a Tier 1 PSW visa, you can work like any other normal UK employee without any restrictions on the no of hours.
Better still, you can check if you are eligible to apply for the Tier 1 General visa. You can apply for this visa, come to UK and then search for jobs. You can check out the resources here Tier 1 Visa Shop - Tier 1 Visa Shop to find more information about the UK Tier 1 General Visa
