Default Israeli citizen/husband is British got offered job in Germany

I hope that someone can help me. Im an Israeli citizen by birth, hold a US green card ( not for long considering I moved to England with my now Husband), I hold an FLR(m) aka Marriage Visa. My husband got offered an amazing job in Germany. The company also advised him that I can be his Personal Assistant, securing me a job as well. Theres no salary contract as it is 100% commission in a Financial Advisement firm. What are the steps I need to take in order for me to legally stay, live and work in Germany for at least 2 years? Thank you.

You should re-post on Germany forum for more specific replies, but briefly, your husband will be exercising treaty rights in Germany, and you will be going as his non-EEA family member.

Basically you need to apply for a residence card (Aufenthaltstitel), now a biometric credit-card sized plastic. You either apply for a special visa at a German consulate or you may directly apply for the card at the consulate. If you enter Germany with a visa, you need to apply for your card at a local foreigners office (Ausländerbehörde). It will be valid 5 years, and you are allowed to work.

Also, since im on a Marriage visa, can I actually leave the UK to go and work and live somewhere else in the EU..would that jeopardize my chances of getting ILR in the future. Do I have to live in the UK for 3 years before ILR or can I work and live in EU. Thank you ..sorry for so many questions

Yes, you will jeopardize your chances for ILR. One of the requirements for ILR is that you actually live in the UK. Excessive absences will mean you won't qualify.

But the good thing is, thanks to Surinder Singh rule, when you are ready to return to UK, you can apply for EEA family permit in Germany, and apply for residence card in UK, valid 5 years (so a procedure in reverse!) If in the meanwhile your spouse visa has expired, it doesn't matter as EEA rules allow you to live in UK and work. You will have to re-start your qualifying period for settlement, of 5 years.

So you have to weigh up your choices - to forgo German job, stay on in UK until you gain settlement, and reconsider your options.
Or move to Germany, enjoy you rstay, and then return to UK with EEA family permit and reset the clock for ILR.
