submitting copies

Is it necessary to make copies of all of the emails and phone records and utility bills and things for which we can access easily through other means if they keep the originals? Would they appreciate it if we just gave them copies of everything so they wouldnt have to sort through and see what they have copies for and what they dont? any advice?.....

Basically, provide copy of every orginal you want returned. If you aren't bothered about getting back skype logs etc, then don't. Mark 'copy' on every photocopy as sometimes they return the copy instead of the original!
