Default Work Visa With Sponsorship

Hi,
I work for my company for 2 years and now i have offer to move to UK base on Visa with Sponsorship (As local employee not relocation).
Currently i have a girlfriend that i would like to bring with me.
What will be the best option for me to do this?
  1. Marry her and then come to UK.
  2. Come to UK and then marry her and bring her to UK.
What would be her rights?
How its possible to get work visa for her without involving my company.
Or any additional information about it.
Thanking you in advance.

Easiest is to marry her in Israel and bring her to UK as dependant of Tier 2 visa holder. See UK Border Agency | Bringing your family. If you are coming as intra-company transfer, see UK Border Agency | Bringing your family
Once granted her visa, she will be allowed to work.
