Default Another accommodation question

Hi all,

I am planning to apply for a proposed civil partner/fiancee visa in the end of august. I need advice for evidence of accommodation. my boyfriend is in london and he is renting a room in a shared house. there are 3 bedrooms + 1 living room, and there are 3 occupants in the house (including my bf). If my bf wants to sponsor me at this stage of application, what evidence he must provide on my application, regarding to the accommodation requirement?

I know that proof for the accommodation requirement hasn't changed that much so that I am quite confidence to provide old requirements which many applicants had stated in this forum. here's the checklist for proof of the accommodation i made:
  1. Tenancy Agreement
  2. A letter from his housemates (since he share the house with 2 other occupants)
  3. A letter from landlord (as my bf only has a contact with the letting agency, can it waived? or should he provide this letter???)
  4. Gas & Phone bills (is it essential or not???)
  5. evidence of rent bill (It shows on my bf's bank statement)
  6. Council tax bill (what is this and how to get it????)

would be very happy if someone can help to answer my question...and thank you very much

I think you only need a copy of tenancy agreement and a letter from letting agents confirming that they have no objection to your moving in and that the house won't be overcrowded.
