Default discretionary leave

dear isr/madam i have 3 years discretionary leave to remain which is renew due date is 20th sep 2012. when i applied first time i fill the form name is FLR(M) and i got it based on my wife and 2 kids are they british. never applies any asylum and now i am little confused which form i should ues for my renew to discretionary leave to remain is it the same i used before FLR(M) or HPDL form. any help i will be great thanfull to you:
