Default Help!!! EEA 2

Hi Everyone,
Thanks in advance for your help!
I am an Australian Citizen, hubby is Belgian and currently working in the UK.
We moved here from Dubai. Now Australians are entitled to a 6 month visit visa, though I was warned by immigration not to stay that long.

I have gone onto the UKBA website and really concerned about sending them all original documents, not discounting the fact that hubby travels every 2 weeks for work- so they can't have his indefinitely.

The website does also allow you to book appointments- but only after I have sent in my oriignal documents, and seems to allow for an EEA1- not an EEA2.

Is there available priority processing within the UK?
How much does it cost?
Is there a way to do this without hubby being without his passport?

Or, we are looking at travelling to Plzen (prague) at the end of this month.
Would it be better to submit an application there? We would be there for 10 days.

Is there a way to do it in person, without putting it through by post? Is there priority processing within the UK?

And, if I go with him to the Czech Republic, what are the chances they will let me back in?????

TIA

So you are in UK as a visitor?
No, there's no priority service for EEA2. UKBA was going to start it but withdrew it when it fell foul of EU rules about charging a fee.
You can apply for EEA family permit in Czech Republic but you must do so through the consulate in Prague with a personal appearance. It's taking around one to two weeks.
You can ask for your and your husband's passport back after applying for EEA2, and then send yours in when they are ready to issue your permit. Average wait is 3-4 months.
