International payments

Hello Everyone !
Is HIFX the International money transfer company really that good to use ? Having always transferred money the old fashioned but tried and tested way with our banks, we're very nervous about trying it with HIFX. If you have any good or bad experience with them and /or can suggest another option then we'd love to hear from you. We need to change Euros into pounds and send it to England.
