I just want to know will ukba check NI records in i have been working more than 10 hrs as i have been working more than 10 hrs during the last 4 months and its now me starting paying taxes. Will that be an issued for me if i dont declared it on the flr m form. Me getting sponsor financially from my in laws , my parents and my wife.

I don't have too much information for you, but if you get caught lying to UKBA then you are in serious trouble. Since your finances are part of the application, you would have to intentionally incorrectly report - bad idea (especially since you have to show either pay stubs or bank statement). *I'm assuming from the question that you are limited to work on the visa you are in the UK on.

I don't know about attendance records, I do know you would have to show why you are allowed to be in the UK and your attendance records would help you do that.

UKBA definitely checks your NI record if you been in the UK. You can work full time if your studies have finished or you are on semester break....To support this you have to show a uni/college letter stating that.

And like mehmylnn said it will be very bad idea to lie to UKBA, will put you in more trouble, so better explain the situation rather lying!!
