Default Getting Carer's Allowance

I would like to request your kind help and opinion in this matter, I am UK national Originally from Kenya, I am currently getting a Carre's Allowance as I am caring my mother who is disable, I am also self employed working one day a week and earning around £90, which is within the limit which I can earn. The recently Government change to spouse visa requirements means I am Exempt from the financial requirement if I want to bring my wife and three children to UK, but I have to wait after 9 July and my wife has to pass English language test ,my children are all UK nationals through decent. But one problem I might be having is accommodation requirement, I live with my mother in two bed room flat (three rooms). I am tenant and my mother lives with me I am also getting partial housing benefit because of my low income, would there be problem of getting a housing benefit and Accommodation requirement of six people for two bed roon flat( tree rooms). My children are aged; son 8 years, daughter 5 years and the youngest is under one year old.

I look forward to your expert opinion in this case.
Thanks in advance

When we got the housing report for our 4 bed house, I was shocked to find out it could apparently accommodate 12 people, go figure...

I have a copy of that report somewhere and it cites some law or another, but basically, if the third room is a completely separate room (for example, it is not a living room/kitchen etc) it will be counted as a possible third bedroom as far as I understood. Then, for a bedroom to accommodate 2 people, it has to be of a certain size, again not sure exactly but think it's around 10.5 square meters.

And there are some allowances for small children being able to sleep in their parents room, again not certain to what age.

If no one else replies, I'll have a look at my housing report and let you know exactly what it says, but basically if all the rooms are just rooms (kitchen is separate) and all three rooms are bigger than 10.5 square meters or something like that, shocking as it sounds, you may actually be OK...
