UK Fiance Visa - NZ Fiance

I am wanting to find out about providing evidence of sufficent funds, I am currently employeed on a 8hr a week contract, although I usually do in excess of this amount it is all I am contracted to do, I currently have no substantial savings but I can provide payslips and bank statements which show I have been working in excess of 30hrs per week for the previous 3 months. But my employment contract only states 8hrs per week.

My partner is currently unemployed but has a good amount of savings behind him - I am wondering if sufficent evidence of funds can be proven by just his savings or does it have to be proven on my behalf, if not on my behalf what amount of savings in GBP would surfice.

We will be living with my parents and they have written a letter stating that they will supply food, accomodation and utilities along with a council tax letter, and my fiance also has a job offer for when his visas have been organised.

If you can apply before 9th July, existing rules require you to have £111.45 per week left over after housing costs. This can be a combination of your wages, savings and any help from external sponsors such as relatives.

If you apply from 9th July, the new rules kick in and you as the sponsor need to be earning £18600 per year gross. This can be topped up by savings, but the amount of savings required will be 2.5 times the shortfall plus £16000. Your partner's savings can be considered. No external sponsors, except to give you cash gifts to increase your savings. No job prospect or job offer in UK for your partner will count. Your parents' offer of free accommodation will probably meet housing requirement, but other parts of their offer will be disregarded. So unless you have bank statements to show you have been earning £18600, topped up by savings where necessary, it will be difficult to sponsor your partner for a visa.

Jobba; Could you advise me please;
I am about to apply for my wife and one baby spouse settlement visa, when I realised I may have problem with the marriage;
I was married in the UK, got divorced in Egypt and got married again there, my second marriage took place two weeks before the divorce absolute was issued. would this render my second marriage void?

I have dual nationalities UK and Egypt. divorce and marriage are both valid there, but will I need to prove I am domicile of Egypt as well as a national of that country in order to get the marriage recognised here? or is being a national of that county is enough?

Will the overlap of dates be a reason to reject spouse visa despite the fact I have only one spouse now?

Joppa: Do you know if my UK partner has to be in her job for a set amount of time? She's been with the hospital for over a year but just went full time a few months ago. I THINK I read in the new rules - starting in July that the sponsor has to be employed for 6+months but I couldn't find anything regarding this under the current rules... Thank you for your advice.
