Default Not scoring 75 points for HSMP..

Hey there i have studied both my bachelors and masters from uk..i do got 5 points additional for that but i only score 70 points in HSMP..So i want to know that if i apply for HSMP will the immigration officer accept my visa because its only 5 points less...I think he should show me up some prefrence because i have completed all my education from Uk...i want to know if 5 points are less does it really matter can immigration officer accept my visa with 70- points.

Sadly that wont be the case. You have to meet the 75 points pass mark, and the 10 points for english and the 10 points for the maintenace funds. The fact that all you education is from the uk, will not earn you extra points of favour. I have both a degree and master from the uk but also had to meet the pass mark.

Yeah thats the freaking problem with Uk everyone prefer their own students but the damn Uk dont give out any points to student..this is a pathetic law and should be changed...

if you've got your bachelors degree and your masters degree from the uk, then you will automatically pass the english test. You will need to pass the financial test, but the level of money in the bank is lower if you are already in the uk - obviously its less expensive to move to the uk if you are already there!
