Smile Room to rent in London for August/Sept.

Hi Everybody,
My daughter is a dancer & is going to LA for August, she wants to rent her room in Nth. London. Its a big double room with a king size bed, big shared kitchen & living room, shared bathroom.
Its available from 21st. Aug. to 18th Sept., sharing the house with 2 male dancers, suit one person or 2 friends who want to see London.
The house is 30 seconds from a tube station, 23 min. into town (Holborn) its 34 pounds sterling for a weekly travel card & there is a late night bus service (to Oxford St.) stop outside the house so no long walks in the dark.
She just wants to pay her rent so the price is 400 pounds sterling plus a 100 pounds refundable deposit against breakages etc.
