Requesting IT Jobs in Perth

Hello Folks, Would like some advice on Securing an IT job in Perth via Sponsorship. I lived near Freo for 3 1/2 years before I had to return home with my parents, now I want to go back.

Im looking to get into IT as at present I am a Network Manager but would do Desktop Support, 1st Line, 2nd Line etc I have applied for 35+ Jobs on Seek but they all have the same reply "thanks for your Cv .... If you don't live in Australia then no chance with our company"

I have no formal qualifications so can not go down the Skilled Migrant Route (Altho I am doing HNC Computer Networking, CCNA, MCDST and MCP) BUT if I fail them next year I want to have some other plan in place.

Any advice would be greatfully received
