looking to move to australia

Dear Sir,
I work in IT software industry, on mainframe technologies for an MNC in INDIA. have 12+ years of experience.
Iam looking to work and settle in AUSTRALIA. Can anyone, please suggest me...can i apply for PR and get the job being here.
Please let me know reliable consultants also, which will be very helpful.
Iam in Chennai in INDIA as of now.

Start off with the sticky notes..
All the info is given there..
you need to get 65 points based on qualifications,age,work experience,IELTS....
if you are interested in SS then you will get 5 points for that also...
you need to hurry up bcoz rules are changing in July 2012..
your first step will be getting an skills assessment from ACS.
there have been similar posts in the past few days..search for them and start off ASAP.
