Just granted 457 visa

Hi,

This is my first post although has been lurking here for a while. I and my family (2 adults and 2 kids) just got my business visa 457. My company applied it on 19/08/2008 and approved on 13/09/2008. So excited now, planning for my next move.

I will be working in Perth, and my company will only provide me two weeks accommodation. For the starting, only me alone will be heading to Australia. Few months later, once I am able to rent a flat, register my kids to the school, then only bring them over.

This is also my first trip to Perth, still searching for a convenient and safe suburb to live. Any advice? It should be accessible to shopping, primary school and public transport.

I hope to arrive there before November.
