possible job offer in kwinana

Hi everyone,

I may have a job offer to work as a chemical process operator for a gas company in kwinana and I think roughly the salary would be $100,000 plus bonuses and overtime as well, also there is a relocation package but waiting for more info on this, I would be working on a 457 visa and full working right given to my girlfriend, we also have an 8 year old daughter.
Is this a good salary and would we be "better off" than here in scotland, my current employment is the same here, but the wage in australia is more than double of what I earn here.
I would love to make a new start for my family, but only if its for the better and not having to struggle so to speak.
We have a lovely 3 bed 2 bath home and run 2 cars here in scotland, would we be able to mirror this in australia, its a very daunting time just now and looking to get as much info as possible.
