Working & living in Albury(NSW) on 176 SS Victoria visa?

hi everyone;

Does anyone know whether getting a 176 visa (SS Victoria State) will allow us to stay and work in Albury which is technically in NSW? The reason I am asking is bcoz I read this in the FAQ (for 475/487 visa) :

"A location such as Albury Wodonga is accepted as it is on both sides of the border"

I am assuming that if an applicant can stay in Albury-Wodonga area on 475/487 visa than an applicant on 176 visa can also stay...Plz correct me if I am wrong..

My Occupation is under the State Sponsorship Occupation List (Electrical Engineer). I have heard that the Albury-Wodonga area is very good for Engineers because of the mining industry.
Hence if I find a job in Albury;will I be able to take it up and still maintain and honour the 2 year commitment to Victoria?
