Advice Needed

I know it seems such a difficult decision to make, but your children are an ideal age to settle, and they will love the freedom that they have here in Australia. The outdoor life is so healthy for them and for you. When we moved over two and half years ago our daughter was 9 and she has come on leaps and bounds, she has gained more confidence since being here. My advice would be to go for it, its better to have tried then never to have tried at all. Good luck

Excited? No, usual resons; mates; school etc. They range from 10 to 18, so i have had the obligatory shouting, door slamming temper tantrums, the sulking, emotional blackmail etc. I am over that now, and have resorted to a "TUFF" you're going stance; lol

Hubby is an accounts manager in his own business, but will be a stay at home dad for about 3 months; golf is high on the agenda!!!!

Why Adelaide? We have some sentimental reasons, but having checked out the housing, education, employment situations, South Aus is our best bet!
We will be alone there, knowing no-one, and having only a vague overview of the region; still we are going just as soon as we can!

The mining industry, ship building, building and finance industries are all looking healthy there. Back in April, the building services were busy busy, and the Port area has been advertising for staff; so.........

I'm a nurse, for my sins. The salry there isn't quite what i was getting here, but i am willing to take the risk, if only for the duration of the visa! And the experience, of course.
