Default Furnished House in Melbourne Eastern sub. for rent

Ringwood/Donvale near Eastland Shopping Ctr.

Modern 3 bedroom house with all furniture and free internet for $350 or best offer a week. This is way under price, but I want a good tenant. Expatriate professional, like myslef preferred.

This gets you settled in Melbourne quickly. Stay until your permanent residence is ready.

The house has:
- big spa
- free broadband internet (2GB per month)
- cozy fire place
- gas heating, ceiling fans
- big fridge with ice cube maker, dryer, Bosch washing machine,
- TV, stereo system, printer/scanner, computer monitor (but no computer)
- Cutlery, crockery, linen, towels
- Master bedroom with ensuite
- Second bathroom and toilet
- alarm system
- storage space
- 650 sqm block, with many trees, but garden not very trim (no rose beds and the like)
- price excl. gas, electricity, water

Located at the end of Glenvale rd, a quiet and safe court (cul de sac). The property is in Donvale, while Glenvale rd is in Ringwood (border runs across the driveway).

100 metres from the Eastlink bicycle trail. Very close to nature reserve. Ride your bike or jog or skate for hours on the trail. True 20 - 25 min to Melbourne by car, 35 minutes by train. Close to Nunawading and Ringwood train stations, a very short walk to a 270 bus stop.

1 month minimum lease, more preferred.

I used to walk to the train station for my daily commute to the city. But it's a 20 min brisk walk, so it's not super-close.

The bus stop is very close however, it brings you to the station (at no extra cost). The bus runs about twice per hour during business hours, but no bus on Sunday.

Riding a bicycle to the station is probably the easiest way. You can also drive your car, cut the station's car park is sometimes full.

If you need to be at work at 8 and your work is in the City then you would need to be at the station at about 7.20. That's still before the peak of the peak. When I commuted to the City at that time there was always parking, but train usage has increased in the last year, so it starts to fill up at that time. You have a choice of 3 stations that are close, which might help. If you can leave earlier, the better. If you arrive before 7am in the city then the train is free.
