Hi, this is my first post in the forum.

A quick question: I was thinking what are the documents CO may require as far as further employment evidence/verification is concerned?? I'm sure CO might have asked someone about it, please share your experience.

Welcome to the forum

1. Salary Slips
2. Certificates of Excellence
3. Employment Contract
4. References from Co-Employees, Employer, HR, Managers with respective Business Cards.
5. Any kind of letter from the company relating to any promotion / hike, it need not be the latest one, it will prove your being employed by the company since these kind of letters are given on company letterhead and will support your resume.
I guess that would be, basically anything and everything that can prove your being employed by company. start digging in your papers to find everything that is on your company letterhead

Thank you very much anj for your help but I never received any Certificate of Excellence and regarding references from co-employees, do you suggest me to get it on letter head???? What can a co-employee write on it, would you mind telling me that as well in a brief.

I've already given Appraisal letter, NOC for migration, Company's brochure, Company's profile and three salary slips from all the previous years and all from this current year....What else should be given.

I saw your couple of thread and was very impressive to see all the replies that you've given to support other forumers. .............Well, here is my timeline....

As to why I asked the above question is because I don't want to suffer much delays in the process and don't even want the last moment hassle. If my CO asks me any further employment evidence, at least I can be prepared for that.

Ahhhh,,,,,one more thing......Location: South Australia - there's no better place to be! .......... I'd be moving the same place because I've heard so much and I just love it. So, ......can you help me out regarding my initial move. I'd really appreciate! Thanks!

I meant if at all the CO asks for proofs, this would be it, I dont think in your case you would need much though since most of your paperwork is complete and you are very near being granted the visa.

I really am thankful since you being the first person to keep my hope up, alive and kicking. Really really thankful. BTW, the documents for employment reference I sent are:

What are the chances of conduction employment verification by CO.
I gave the following:
1. Employment reference letter
2. Affidavit from Notary public/Advocate stating that employment and it's references are genuine and stated all the employment reference details in it again
3. Salary Vouchers 3 from each year ('04, '05, '06, '07) and all from 2008
4. Bank statement in which salary is being transferred
5. Work place photos from inside and outside
6. NOC letter for migration; signed by the GM
7. Appraisal Letter
8. Company's Profile
9. Company's Brochure
10. Appointment Letter
11. Account Maintenance Certificate (by the bank) stating that account is maintained by XXX satisfactorily and the balance till date is XXX.

Do, you think it's OKAY or is there any possibility that CO might ask me further to support my employment?
