Hey. I am moving to Perth in August, I need to buy a house- preferbilly on fore closure. How do I go about that?

Welcome to the forum.

Are you saying that you want to buy a house in foreclosure? As far as I'm aware it's not easy to find out which houses are in foreclosure. You can talk to real estate agents and some may tell you which vendors are really motivated and others may not.

What visa are you coming over on? I think that some visas require Foreign Investment Review Board approval still - although it's usually given.

I know there are a lot of foreclosure properties in the US but I don't think there would be that many here.

There are no foreclosures in Perth. You either have the money to buy a house on par with London prices or you don't.
