Hi Valentyna,

Have you spoken to any migration agents? They will usually give you a yes or no but try several of them since we were told no by 2 agents before we found the 3rd agent that said yes we could get in.

Hope it works out for you,
Karen

Hi Valentyna,

Welcome to the forum.

I presume you've done the points test and checked your profession is on the SOL? What is preventing you from going ahead?

As Karen mentioned, and we were exactly the same, we were told by 2 agents that we didn't stand a chance but we made it in the end.

Dolly

Thanks guys for your reply. what's stoping us that our education is not accepted, for we are not from EU. Hence, we don't get enough points to migrate or to be granded a work visa. i have spoken to migrants in london and to a lawyer in Australia but they all said 'no', unless i'll apply to continue my education there but this is very expensive for us. We've stuck, haven't we?

If you've tried several agents and they all say the same thing then you have to go by that.

As I said before the first 2 agents we tried said we couldn't get in but the 3rd agent said we could.... Our visas did not rely on our education but on our skills and experience so I don't know much about the education side of things.

Regards,
Karen
